Your account: 
When purchasing something on the online store, it is your responsibility to supply Lana Boutique with your correct and current personal information. If you do not wish to comply, Lana Boutique has the right to suspend or terminate your account from future use. Lana Boutique does not take responsibility for confidentiality of your account. 
Your payment (whether by credit card or direct transfer) is processed through Payment Express (DPS), a state of the art, bank grade security level payment provider. Lana Boutique will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. This sensitive information is encrypted then erased immediately via DPS after the payment is cleared.
Product pricing: 
Lana Boutique offers the correct standard industry pricing on all its items in NZ dollars. However, if the price is incorrect, we will follow you through for instructions on a full refund, credit or exchange or cancel your order.
